You can prioritize which tasks you want us to tackle first through our platform or your dedicated Trello Board. Depending on the plan you select, you can have one or two tasks worked on at the same time.

Mosts tasks will be delivered within 48hrs of receiving the new requests. More complex tasks may take more time to deliver but we will define the estimated time in each ticket for your team's visibility.

Once you created your account, you'll gain access to our awesome platform from where you can create new requests, track active ones, view completed tasks and remove any tasks you might not want our team to tackle.

For most of our work, we use Figma as our tool of choice. But we will work on different tools depending on your project, from Figma to Sketck to Adobe Suite for any design related tools, to Principle for prototyping and Webflow or Framer for development.

Yes, with our service, you get unlimited revisions. We will work on your requests until you are satisfied with the results.

Yes, if you need to pause your subscription we will hold the remaining days in our balance and you can come back and use them whenever you need them.

You can cancel your plan at any time, and if there is a remaining balance of time, you'll be able to use it until the next billing cycle date.

Due to the quality of our work and our team, we do not provide refunds at this time. You are free to cancel or pause your plan at any point during our engagement.
